Aikido Spring '17

Aikido is Japanese self-defense that uses an opponent's momentum to achieve harmless conflict resolution; the curriculum includes throws, joint locks, pins, weapons training and weapons defense (bokken, jo, tanto). Classes are taught by our 5th degree black belt instructor with over 20 years teaching experience. All ability levels welcome and classes are open to anyone in the Brown community. Uniforms are provided for new students. 


Schedule:
Tuesdays 8:30-10pm (Studio 1)
Thursdays 8:30-10pm (Studio 1)
